BESV END USER LIMITED
WARRANTY – ELECTRIC BICYCLE
BESV, eine Marke der Darfon Innovation Corp., garantiert, dass seine Elektrofahrräder („Produkt“)
bei normalem Gebrauch durch den Verbraucher während der Garantiezeit frei von Material- und Verarbeitungsfehlern sind.
Für das Produkt gelten die folgenden Garantiezeiten ab dem Kaufdatum (nur Teile und Arbeit):
- Frame – Two (2) years
- Battery – Two (2) years or 300 full loading cycles at no less than 80% capacity
(whichever occurs first) - Other electric components (controller, HMI, motor) – Two (2) years
- Non-consumables: front fork with shock absorber, saddle, seat post, shift lever,
front derailleur, rear derailleur, main shaft, front/rear hub (excluding free hubs),
handle bar, brakes mechanism, front fender, rear fender, pedals– One (1) year - All remaining components are not covered by this warranty
Diese Garantie deckt keine Probleme oder Schäden ab resultierend aus:
- Accident, collision, fall, neglect or misuse (i.e. jumps/stunts or use on
inappropriate terrain) - Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized product modification or installation of components not compatible with the Product
- Improper operation/maintenance not in accordance with product instructions
- Unsuitable cleaning tools, such as high-pressure cleaners
- The weather or acts of nature (i.e. flood, lightning or earthquake)
- War, vandalism or theft
DIESE GARANTIE DECKT NICHT AB:
- Cosmetic damage or corrosion
- Non-BESV parts/components
- BESV products used in commercial lending/hiring
- BESV products in which the factory-applied frame number has been altered or removed
BESV wird nach eigenem Ermessen neue oder überholte Teile/Komponenten zur Reparatur des Produkts oder ein Produkt desselben oder eines funktional gleichwertigen Modells verwenden. Für alle ausgetauschten Teile/Komponenten oder das Produkt gilt die Garantie für den Rest der ursprünglichen Garantiezeit oder für einen zusätzlichen Zeitraum, der in Ihrer Gerichtsbarkeit anwendbar sein kann.
WIE SIE GARANTIELEISTUNGEN ERHALTEN
BITTE FÜHREN SIE BEI GARANTIEANSPRÜCHEN DIE FOLGENDEN SCHRITTE AUS:
- Please bring your Product and provide the following information to a BESV authorized dealer:
a. Copy of the original receipt
b. Warranty card and/or frame number - BESV authorized dealer will complete the proper documentation and report your warranty claim, and, if necessary, will remove, clean and send in any parts that require further inspection to validate your warranty claim.
- Once the warranty claim has been verified, your BESV dealer will be supplied with the appropriate parts for repair or proceed with the replacement.
- Ihr BESV-Händler wird sich voll ins Zeug legen, um das Produkt in Schuss zu halten. Dein BESV-Händler wird dich kontaktieren, damit du dein Bike nach der Wartung abholen kannst.
- Du bist dafür verantwortlich, das Produkt zur Wartung zu bringen und es nach Fertigstellung auf eigene Kosten und Gefahr abzuholen.
SALVATORISCHE KLAUSEL
Sollte einer der Absätze dieser Garantiebestimmungen durch ein Gesetz, eine Satzung, einen Akt, eine Regel, eine Vorschrift oder eine Entscheidung einer zuständigen Behörde in einem beliebigen Staat für ungültig erklärt werden, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen dieser Garantie in keiner Weise davon betroffen.
HAFTUNGSBESCHRÄNKUNG
BESV haftet auf keinen Fall für zufällige, besondere, direkte, indirekte, Folge- oder Mehrfachschäden, wie zum Beispiel entgangene Geschäfte oder Gewinne, die sich aus dem
Verkauf oder der Verwendung eines BESV-Produkts ergeben, selbst wenn auf die Möglichkeit solcher Schäden hingewiesen wurde.
In einigen Rechtsordnungen ist der Ausschluss oder die Beschränkung von Neben-, Folge- oder anderen Schäden nicht zulässig, sodass die oben genannten Beschränkungen möglicherweise nicht auf dich zutreffen.
DAUER DER STILLSCHWEIGENDEN GARANTIEN
DIESE GARANTIE ENTHÄLT DIE EINZIGE GARANTIE VON BESV. ES GIBT KEINE ANDEREN AUSDRÜCKLICHEN ODER, SOFERN NICHT GESETZLICH VORGESCHRIEBEN, STILLSCHWEIGENDEN GARANTIEN , EINSCHLIESSLICH DER STILLSCHWEIGENDEN GARANTIE ODER BEDINGUNG DER QUALITÄT, DER MARKTGÄNGIGKEIT ODER DER EIGNUNG FÜR EINEN BESTIMMTEN ZWECK, UND SOLCHE STILLSCHWEIGENDEN GARANTIEN SIND, SOFERN VORHANDEN, AUF DIE LAUFZEIT DIESER GARANTIE BESCHRÄNKT.
